Returned items must be in the exact state in which you received them—specifically, unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by their original packaging. While we are confident in the durability of our products, for hygiene and safety reasons (particularly regarding activewear), we cannot accept any items that show signs of wear, sweat stains, makeup marks, or odors.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date you receive your package. This timeframe provides you with ample opportunity to try on the garments and ensure that the sizing and fabric meet your needs, while also enabling us to manage our inventory more efficiently.

Return Process

Initiating a return is a simple process. Please contact our customer service team and provide your order details to begin the return procedure. Once our team confirms that your request falls within the specified timeframe, we will provide you with detailed instructions regarding where to send your package and the specific shipping method to use.

Item Inspection and Approval

Upon the arrival of the returned items at our warehouse, our quality control team will conduct a thorough and meticulous inspection. This inspection covers the fabric, stitching, and overall condition of the items to ensure they remain in their original state. This step is crucial for upholding the high-quality standards we promise to all our customers.

Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request. We strive to complete the entire inspection process within 1–3 business days of receiving the returned items. If the items meet our return criteria, your refund will be processed immediately thereafter.

Refunds and Store Credit

For approved refunds, the funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during your purchase. Please note that while we initiate the refund process immediately upon receiving your returned items, your financial institution may require several business days to process and credit the funds to your account. The specific timeframe for the funds to appear in your account depends on the policies of your bank or card issuer.

If a significant amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank first to inquire about the status, as refunds typically undergo a processing waiting period before being officially credited. Exchanges

If you find that you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the quickest and most efficient solution is to return the item you currently have, and then place a separate, new order for the item you desire. This ensures that your replacement item is reserved for you promptly and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Items

We are meticulous in our quality control checks; however, if you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we will take swift action to replace the item for you or issue a full refund, and we will cover any associated costs.
